My stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. While I did appreciate the central location and the affordable price, the lack of amenities made the experience frustrating. There was no proper heating in our rooms, and communication with the owner was almost non-existent. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, as even the basic comforts were neglected.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the location by the Tajo river is simply beautiful, perfect for leisurely walks. However, I found the service lacking, especially with cleanliness and attention to detail. The value for money isn’t ideal given the overall experience.
